Food and memory are so closely intertwined that most people have their own version of the Proustian madeleine.

In this workshop, we’ll explore this powerful connection by writing vignettes based on your favorite recipes. Choose two recipes that hold special meaning from your personal recipe collection.

Participants will also receive an assortment of nostalgic baked treats from Neighborhood Baking Collective that will serve as inspiration for a longer writing prompt.

Melinda Barsales, Neighborhood Baking Collective’s founder, will lead this workshop.

Class format: Zoom

Class instructor: Melinda Barsales

Class fee: $50.
