Write Well Austin: Fall Homeschool Groups with Ashleigh Pedersen
Class is for ages 12-14 (recommended) and caps out at 6 students. At any age, but especially around middle school, it’s crucial to learn tools that affirm our existence and enable us to voice our thoughts and ideas with intention. In this creative writing class, we focus on self-expression; on tuning into our five senses and our emotions; on drawing inspiration from stories and poems; and on peer editing and revising our writing in order to engage more deeply in the process of shaping our art. Students will find joy, tons of laughter, and exceptional levels of camaraderie in this class!
